I am at a fork in the road… I was sold on using Qualtrics for customer experience management use cases to also compare to Instabug. We use both but for completely different use cases. I did my competitive analysis to compare apples to apples with tools like

but Instabug never came up in my search for “survey/feedback platforms”.
