Question about creating custom survey options

Hi all

I would like to know if it is possible to create a survey that will display a unique set of options based on the user. I have a different data set per user which Id like them to respond to. Is it possible that when they enter their own name at the start, that then references the data and provides their own corresponding options to then respond to?

eg, John Smith has the names of 10 people in the data set that Id like him to provide reviews for. When he enters his name into the Survey, those 10 people will then auto-fill for him to review. 

Id like to build this for around 50 people who will each be required to review completely different lists of names.

Any help appreciated!

    Yes - I would program it with a drill down question type!

    You can also do this using embedded data. But it is case sensitive. (e.g., You assign as John Smith, if the respondent enters as john smith, the following question wont display.) 

     

    Either you ask them to enter the name in a specific format, Or you can also try using Authenticators.
