Hi team

I'm having trouble seeing the question embedded in my invitation message template, This is not selecting the same option that I selected in the distribution email that arrives in my mailbox when the surveylink was clicked, even if i try to open this from an incognito tab.

I am attaching two screenshots, one of the message that comes to mailbox and another of how the option is being selected in the survey.

Which of my options might be affecting this setting?
