I have collected around 800 responses. Now there is some code is not sequential, I want to recode them. Mostly for multiple choice and matrix. Is it possible to recode without hurting data?

How did you verify that recode is not sequential? If you want to change the recode in dashboard, its very straightforward.
+38If you plan to build a dashboard, you can do your recode in the data mapping of your dashboard.
