Separating Maxdiff into screens.

I have a max diff with 12 statements. I want to be able to have those 12 statements randomized and split into 4 screens (Tasks). I would like to do these an additional 3 times. So, there would be 12 screens (12 tasks) where 4 statements are shown randomly. I would like to do this where no 4 exact statements repeat. 

I tried looking this up and didn't have any luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated :)
