Hello,

I would like to create a smiley question adapted on mobile. 

When using a matrix table or a multiple choice question, the smiley are going from horizontal to vertical but i want all horizontal. 

How to do that ?

Try disabling 'Mobile friendly' option and then check on mobile device.

for mobile i would suggest spilt the question in seperate multichoice questions with smilies as option rather than matrix question.

I also tried with multiple choice questions, but on mobile the smiley appears vertical and not horizontal :
