We currently use Zendesk to trigger surveys in Qualtrics via JSON workflows. When downloading the SMS distribution export for a particular project it doesn’t provide the name of the agent that triggered the SMS survey. Does anyone know if there is a way to pull an export that shows all sent surveys and have the associated agent included? I also noticed in the export there is a blank column called External Data Reference and i’m curious if there would be anyway to associate that with the assignee name from Zendesk.
