SMS Text Distribution does not have a rich content editor. Can I replace the URL link with a text replacement using code?

Hi,

I will be sending out a series of text message through Qualtrics for conference attendees to fill out session evaluations throughout the day. There is not a rich content editor for the SMS distributions. I am told to post the url as: ${l://SurveyURL}

I did notice in the rich content editor for emails, that you can use the following code: ${l://SurveyLink?d=Take the Survey}

However, when I test this out using SMS distribution, what shows up on the text message is: ${myurl.com?d=Take the survey}  Is there a way to replace the url with Take the survey
