I am attempting to devise a workflow to address three distinct open-ended questions that relate to experience feedback, with the specific objective of directing the corresponding emails solely to the designated unit managers.

If you review the attached Workflow image, I already have the sensitive keywords setup (ex. abuse, rape, violent, violence, racist, threaten). Nevertheless, my query revolves around the method for configuring the email distribution to route messages directly to my own inbox, as well as to a particular leader.

• The units within my organization are captured under Embedded Data as a discharge Unit
  • Ex1: Messages with the keywords originating from '1E Medicine' should be sent to my email and Bilbo Baggins
  • Ex1: Messages with the keywords originating from '5C Pediatrics' should be sent to my email and Tony Stark
  • Ex1: Messages with the keywords originating from 'Multiple different units' should be sent to my email and Sherlock Holmes
    • In this case Sherlock is responsible for 5- 7 areas

Also looking for an efficient way to copy the workflows across 5 surveys each containing the same 3 open ended questions, however the embedded data units and managers would change
