We added a web service in our survey flow, for which the URL happens to be working fine outside of Qualtrics, when run in browser.
But when testing the web service URL in Qualtrics, we are not able to see the raw data and getting an error message like - "Web Service Error #60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate".
Please guide me what to do in this case.
