Hello Everyone!

Is there any way to create a data template in Qualtrics?

@Chaudhary_Ajay there is lots of different data components to Qualtrics.  I am not aware of specific data templates, however it might be best if you elaborate on what your looking for and someone on here may be able to provide better guidance.

But my requirement is to remove specific variables (i.e. PII) whenever I export data for the data analysis tab.

Ahh; I feel your pain… there is substantial limitations on Qualtrics side to avoid export of PII etc.  Our team expect the day may come where we can no longer use the platform unless future updates come that address this - given both organisational and regulatory requirements to minimise the export of this data.  

Unfortunately no solutions to date have been found; guidance from Qualtrics is generally reduce what PII you bring into a particular project, look to set up project that is built for purposes of exports and bring in only the data you want to export,

      If you are wanting to export response data from a survey project into an excel or csv file, you could click the “tools” button in the “data and analysis tab.” Then, click “save layout” to save the current view. You would then be able to download data in the same format each time with the same columns or questions showing.

            If you are wanting to export response data from a survey project into an excel or csv file, you could click the “tools” button in the “data and analysis tab.” Then, click “save layout” to save the current view. You would then be able to download data in the same format each time with the same columns or questions showing.

            Hi Ash! - We can create but there is limitation to select all variables while creating layout.
