Survey data won't export

Hi,
I have a problem. When I try to export my survey data to SPSS, it keeps getting stuck on 0%. When I downloaded the same data last week (but with fewer respondents) I did not have this problem. I have already switched locations and WiFi networks but I keep getting the same problem. Anybody that can help?

It's not just you (if that is any comfort). There's currently an open issue. Qualtrics is working on it. You can monitor it here: Status

Hey!
I have exactly the same problem! But on the Status page is written that "all systems are operational". Am I the only one with this problem?

EndDate
Status
Progress
Duration__in_seconds_
Finished
RecordedDate
ResponseId
DistributionChannel
UserLanguage
