Text IQ Issues when Setting up in Dashboard and Survey Platform

I have tried several times to set up TextIQ on the Survey Platform as a way to gain access to the TextIQ variables for analysis outside of Qualtrics (need variables in the data export), but each time I have tried this the TextIQ stops working in the dashboard for the project.  The TextIQ has been set up in the dashboard for quite some time and is relied on by my team for monthly reporting.  As I mentioned, each time I try to replicate some of the TextIQ coding on the Survey Platform, it stops the Dashboard TextIQ from updating.  I have even tried creating a copy of the text field so the names will not be the same. Has anyone else run into this issue or have suggestions?
