"This question was not displayed to the respondent." even though I know they completed all the quest

People are saying they have completed my survey but all the responses are blank on my end and they say "This question was not displayed to the respondent."
I have completed the survey myself and gotten the same blank responses with that message even though I answered every question.
What is happening and will I be able to get the past responses to show up?

That sounds very unusual, and is not like anything I've experienced in Qualtrics before. I would suggest contacting Qualtrics Support so they can look into it further.
