My team is trying to create a thumbs up thumbs down survey to gather feedback on courses we create. Has anyone done the successfully? If so, would you be willing to share how you did it?

In the multichoice question we can use insert graphic question to add thumbs up and down as options. Make use of JS and CSS to make survey more user friendly.

Hello @Zee429 ,

In a previous project, I designed a survey with a similar structure, but we utilized smiley faces instead of thumbs up and thumbs down. You have the flexibility to use any images that suit your preferences.

Please follow the steps outlined below for configuration:

  1. Add a 'Multiple Choice Question'.
  2. Set the number of choices as 2 (adjust based on your requirements).
  3. Modify the alignment as illustrated in the attached screenshot.

 

Feel free to use CSS or Javascript for reducing space between choices and for customization.
