I have a survey created to capture our service requests. In addition, I had created a workflow task to place our data into a google sheet. This would allow us to assign columns in the sheet after the fact to add information. Who was it assigned to, was it complete, was the follow-up survey sent, etc. However the google sheet workflow task does not allow for any changes after it has been saved. Meaning that if we wanted to make changes to the survey, we would need to completely recreate the google sheet workflow. Any suggestions of how others may have created a ticketing system w/o having the CX license?
