We’ve recently updated our workflows to replace the deprecated “XM Directory” task, which we used to send a survey, with the new “Send a Survey via email”. We recently noticed issues in the data, and determined that the ability to add embedded data to the old task seems to be entirely missing from the new task.
This prevents us from linking the distribution and response to the originating case ID (from Salesforce). This all worked perfectly with the XM Directory task. Anyone else find a way to add embedded data to the new workflow task?
