I have a YouTube video embedded into my Qualtrics survey that 500 people apparently watched via the survey, but the video’s view count on YouTube has only increased by 20. I’m pretty sure they watched it because nearly all spent the video’s 10-minute duration on the page and many participants described it accurately. Has anyone else seen this view count discrepancy happen?
