Hello!

We have a respondent that uses VPN but only recently cannot access surveys due to this.

He doesn’t want to not use the VPN for security reasons.

Has anyone experienced any VPN issues like this one?

Yes, as of today (08/22/24) I have to disconnect my VPN in order to log in. If I turn VPN off while logged in, I can’t work on surveys or dashboards. 


It should not be the case do you have aithenticator with sso implement. In case it is generic link von is not needed. 


No, our account does not use SSO.


Is this link appened with some extra link on front. It can be a case IT have appened secure link causing it to not work. 


This is the URL when I click on the login button: https://login.qualtrics.com/login

I tried removing login before .qualtrics and after .com/

I’ve also cleared cache and history from three browsers (Edge, Safari, and Firefox). The issue appears to be related to my VPN.
