Hello All,

I have a survey that call a web service to pull data base on who is taking the survey. The survey flow is sending the person ID to lookup their info from the web service. The survey flow get the data from the web service and set the data as embedded data. The survey then present the embedded data on a MC question type.

The issue we are running into is that SOMETIME the data doesn’t come back quickly enough before the survery move on to the next step to present the MC choices. Because of this, answer choice selection are sometime blank. Is there a way to slow down or extend the call before it move on to the next step?
