Hello everybody,

I have a question regarding the timing question. I have added it to one of my blocks, and I expect that this question will not be shown to the respondent. However, in the preview of the survey, the timing is visible in the block. Is there a specific configuration to hide it?

Thanks for any help

Hi @Reihan

If you're currently viewing the survey in "Preview Mode," you'll see the information about the timing question on your screen. I recommend trying to take the survey through an "Anonymous Link" or by distributing the survey and using that link. This way, you won't see the timing question information displayed on the screen.

Let me know if this helps.

Hello @Reihan,

In the Timer Setting, ensure that the option called 'Show Timer' is turned off and then proceed to preview the survey.

Let me know if it helps.

Thank you @Sachin Nandikol for your response. It's already turned off, but I can still see the timer in the preview. I've attached a screenshot of it.
