If you enable “Require respondents to authenticate again if they resume their session later” will that get new xm directory data since they last accessed a survey?

We update our xm directory with fields that need to populate on surveys as embedded data, however one of the surveys is completed multiple times a week.

Example: If a user completes a survey Monday, but their embedded data is updated Tuesday, then if they complete the same survey again Wednesday will the new xm directory data be pulled or is it locked to the previous directory data?
