Zapier integration with Qualtrics is adding 00 to phone numbers -any suggestions? | XM Community

I have spent months trying to resolve an issue between Zapier and Qualtrics. I have a trigger to deliver data through Zapier to Qualtrics which then triggers a workflow in Qualtrics. This works perfectly for email sends via Qualtrics.

However no sms messages are being sent as somewhere in the process an extra “00” is added to the phone number. This is not in the raw data. When I contact Qualtrics support I am told its a Zapier problem, when I engage a Zapier expert I am told its a Qualtrics problem.

Has anyone else experienced and resolved this issue?

If not, what are the best alternatives to Zapier for transferring data without an API.

I am not at all technical!
