Hi all, 

 

I am evaluating Qualtrics's CoreXM plus Design XM offering against some other vendors, a key use case for us is integration with Zendesk. To trigger surveys post interaction and to close the loop with unhappy customers (ideally passing values back and forth)
 

However, I get a blank model when I click “create workflow:” and then click the “Zendesk extension”.  I do not get the same  issue when I try other extensions. So not off to a good start, and when I go to submit a ticket for technical support I see you need to be on a paid plan. 

Does anyone else have this issue? I am wondering if the trial accounts are a bit flakey/this workflow is not allowed
