Hi,
I have a question about adding appointment slots at the end of a survey so that respondents can select a suitable date and time for a zoom meeting.
How would I go about creating this?
Can the respondent get an thank you email sent automatically with a copy of the survey and the slot date and time they selected and a link to the zoom meeting?
Can I send out a reminder email from qualtrics on the day of the zoom meeting?

Asking a lot, but hoping it's possible!

Hi Karen, here is what I would try, though I haven't done this before:

Set up a custom field based on the date/time they select. The value of this field will be your Zoom links: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/data/add-new-fields/bucketing-variable-creation/

Set up an action in your survey to send an email upon survey submission; pipe in the value of your custom field where you want to provide the link: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-module/setting-up-actions/
