Creating a questionnaire that can be answered by several people within a respondent organization?

I am trying to create a questionnaire to be sent to multiple organizations via email link. In each organization, there will be various people who would be able to fill different sections of the questionnaire. Now, there are two requirements:

1. Within one organization, the central person responsible for filling the questionnaire should be able to forward the link to different people. However, each individual should be able to fill his/her own allotted section and not be able to see responses to other sections filled by other people
2. The central person should not be allowed to send the link to any email outside their organization.

Hope this is doable with Qualtrics? If yes, how Any help from the experts here would be highly appreciated!

You can achieve point no. 2 by simply asking an email address (within a survey itself) to whom the central person want to send the survey link and if the email domain is valid (i.e. organization domain) then perform the email trigger which will have the survey link.Point no. 1 is achievable, if you are fine with having each section data as a "separate survey record". For this, you can pass on the link by appending a variable "sect" which will hold the section name. So, based upon the "sect" value that particular section will get ask to the person whom you are planning to send the survey link.
