Looking for a receipt after renewing

I have a Qlite account and after the auto renewal, I have been trying to get a receipt. Support and Sales were unable to help me. Sales had me email to a email address that was not valid and the email came back. I was hoping to get suggestions on how to get one, so I can submit my expense report. Has anyone else had problems receiving/requesting one and how did you resolve it. Thank you all so much for your help

This is definitely something that your account manager or customer success manager should be able to help you with. I'd reach out to them again and let them know they gave you the wrong email address. They'll help you get it sorted out.
