Question about adding choices to the columns separately.

Hello, I am designing a survey in qualtrics for my research project. I need to design a question that has "multiple answers, columns". Each column is assigned to a particular category of choices and there are a different number of choices in each section. But I am not able to add the choices to the columns which I want to add. Is there any way to add that in Qualtrics? Please see the image below. I want to add one more choice to the first column, without adding choices to the 2nd and 3rd columns. Please let me know about this.
