start date is based on user location?

Hi all,

I have a question very simple, is end date and start date based on the user location? Or do I have to set up it somewhere in the survey?

Check out the following Qtip found on this support page, "The time zone used for all dates and times recorded in your Qualtrics account correlates to the time zone set in your Account Settings".     Date will be capture as per user location/internet date time and if you like to change the date timezone than you can do that from Account settings.
