Is there a comment box feature in Qualtrics that allows editorial comments from multiple people

I've been asked to "turn on comments" in a survey to allow comments without direct editing for a survey that is not finished yet. I can't find this feature, and only see the direct addition of collaborators who can edit.

I think it's called add note now.
Its the last option in the drop down that allows you to move/copy question.

I recall that there used to be a comment feature in the survey edit mode where collaborators could enter comments for each other, but I haven't seen that since the big update earlier this year. Maybe that feature was retired?
