Some clicks on external websites aren't being recorded

Hello. I’ve successfully embedded variables that record whether survey respondents clicked on links to external websites. When I and another colleague (Colleague A) test out the survey, all of our clicks are recorded just fine. When another colleague (Colleague B) tests the survey, most of his are not being recorded. I’m struggling to figure out why. He’s using incognito mode, but that doesn't explain it because so is Colleague A. Both of them, and I, are using Google Chrome. We’re all being sure to submit the survey and our survey sessions are being saved. Is there anything else that might explain why Colleague B’s clicks aren’t being recorded? Thanks in advance.
