Hi all, my survey data displays as number (value code) instead of text out of a sudden (it displayed as answer text in the platform few days before), which lead to the result that export data file (excel text choice) only shows number instead of text. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks a lot 🙏😆

Urgent help needed - Data displays as number instead of text
+28Hi there, within the Data & Analysis tab's Data Table view, you can change how the data displays by clicking on a Column and selecting "View as Numeric Values". To change back to Choice Text, click on the Column again and unselect "View as Numeric Values".
If your Data Exports that use "Choice Text" are displaying the Numeric values instead of the Choice Text, that doesn't sound right and you might want to get in touch with Qualtrics Support.
Having the same issue. Display and export both are showing number values instead of choice text. Any luck figuring out a solution?
