Currently, the AI summaries have a limitation due to the token. Hence, this feature doesn’t help much for an In-depth interview where the interview length is 30-60 mins with 10 target audience. Do you have a future plan to fix this?
Unfortunately, Qualtrics doesn’t have an option to download only the transcript, which can be used outside the Qualtrics platform to summarize the interviews.
