Can I display or not display an intercept based on an answer this person gave to a past survey?

Hi everyone! I know there is standard logic to displace a pop-up based on whether a survey was taken in the past, but is there a work-around to actually base it on a specific answer that this person gave to a past survey? Thank you!

Hi ashrabstein! There is no easy way to do this unless you have stored these survey responses into a database, and have a way of identifying / linking these individuals who are on your site (possibly by being logged in) to their response.
