Intercept logic based on Page Count and Time Focused on Site > creative does not appear

Hello everyone,
I am trying to set up an intercept based on page count and time focused on site.
I'm probably missing some configuration as the feedback button doesn't appear even though I've spent the set time on the site and navigated to a subsequent page (as per the documentation, the creativity appears on the upload after the set elapsed time has been reached).
I have enabled session-storage cookie recording in the Settings tab of the Website App Insight project, but the button still does not appear.
When I remove the Page Count and Time Focused on Site restrictions, the button does appear, so it is clearly a problem specific to these logical conditions.
What am I missing? Can you help me out?
