Hi all, 

I wonder if anyone would be open to a new group / discussions around how you are using website / app feedback in your organization.

I recently joined an organization and my role is to expand intercept surveys across their digital properties. They are creating custom code on each page to capture data like the ingress point and it leads to a different survey.

This is different from my previous company that expanded one intercept across all pages leading to one survey and then used page and keywords to identify what teams should receive what feedback.

I’m curious how other organizations are setting up their intercept surveys. I’d love to hear from those who have experience and open to discussing different ways of using intercept surveys and the pros and cons of each way.
