Hi Sophie!

Points are only deducted once the merch order is approved. If you feel like you have less points than you should, DM and we’ll figure it out 🙌

 

EDIT: I confirmed with our merch vendor, point deduction is applied immediately. But if the order is denied, the balance is returned to the shopper.
