Hi, I was wondering what the best API approach may be for scheduling SMS survey distributions and reminders, as the title states. We are planning that each participant will receive two to four surveys per day (the same survey repeated), and reminders should be sent for non-completion. I also wanted to automate notifications to the researchers for non-completion within a set time.
Any advice appreciated!

Qualtrics by default has a thank you message feature which you can use or create a workflow which triggers an email task as soon as response is completed.
If you want an API only then you will have to use this API.
