Survey Metadata: embedding & Google Sheets workflow

Hello all
This seems like a simple question, but I've been having trouble figuring how to export survey metadata to GoogleSheets using workflows. We've been able to utilize the built-in embedded data fields, but unable to access other important fields: Start Date; End Date; Recorded Date; Progress.
It seems that using JavaScript to record Launch Date and submit date is suggested. But wondering if there is a way to use metadata that's not in the Built-in fields above. I tried to create an embedded data in Survey Flow (Field/bpj_end) and use this as the source but this field remained blank. Also, tried to use RecordedDate & Progress as if they were built-in fields but also null. (Duration & Referrer work as expected).
Having record of how far respondents have made into the survey would be great for us. Any thoughts on getting the start/end/recorded dates and progress would be very much appreciated.
