Approving and editing survey response

Hi folks,
I would like to set up a basic approval step. When a questionnaire is submitted, an email would be sent to an individual as the approver asking them to review and approve. The approver will have the ability to overwrite any answers before sending back to me. Is there a way that when editing, can the approver edit selected questions instead of retaking the entire survey?

    Unfortunately, they will have to go through the entire survey.
    You can include a retake survey link in the follow-up email within which the respondent will see all the responses. They can update whatever is needed.

    Thanks a lot, Deepak . I have introduced a workflow action based on your suggestion prompting recipient/approver to retake the survey with the responses already recorded.
