It is mentioned in Qualtrics documentation that topic detection supports English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, and Dutch. I understand that some languages are supported for sentiment analysis which Text iQ outputs based on machine learning. But for topic detection, this is a rules based system that requires identifying the specific words/phrases that should trigger a topic to be tagged.

We are looking to have a workflow that is triggered when a verbatim mentions certain words. Because this survey is deployed in several languages, we want the workflow to trigger if the word is mentioned in any of those languages. I am aware of the Translate Comments feature, but that is not available to use for workflows.

Is it expected that we manually configure our topic tagging rules to include English and non-English words? Or is there some hidden feature that automatically does this (based on the highlighted documentation below)?
