How to email respondents for follow-up surveys on unique dates?

Hello,
I am creating some surveys as part of a project for my degree. The first survey will be an 'opt-in survey', where participants will enter a specific date for an upcoming event (e.g., date of an exam). They will then be emailed on that date, and two weeks after, and asked to complete an 'experimental survey' where they will be asked some questions about the event (e.g., stress levels, confidence, etc.).
However, I am unsure of how to do this, as the date for the follow-up/experimental suveys will be different for every participant. What do I do to automatically send out an email reminder containing a link for the experimental surveys to each participant, on the unique date they have provided + again 14 days after?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

On the first response, you will need to capture the dates in an ISO format use flatpickr calendar. Then create a workflow task of webservice to fire a Distribution API. Once done create a second webservice task below it to create a reminder on the same distribution id.
