How to send an email in workflow at a custom time

Hi,
I've created a survey response workflow and after a participant has completed my survey I want to send them an email every day for 10 days at exactly 4pm. When I click on the "when" section in the email customisation settings, I get the option of "immediately" or "sent after 1-30 hours", which isn't specific enough. How can I send these emails at the time I need?
Any help is appreciated!

I also need this type of functionality to make sure the invitation is sent at the right time for that contact. I suggest you submit this as a new idea.
