I would like to create a workflow email follow-up when a survey user indicates a specific response. How can I include a link to an Outlook calendar hold?

I actually answered my own question after some trial and error.
- Go to your calendar item in Outlook. Go to file -> save as --> save as iCal.
- In the Workflow email follow-up, click to attach a file.
- Upload your iCal into the file manager.
- Click to link your iCal files into your Workflow emails!
