Your browser cannot connect to Qualtrics error when trying to add new questions to survey

When I go to add any new question to an existing survey, I am getting the following popup error, and this is preventing me from saving any new work. I have tried on multiple browsers/cleared cache/etc.

Hi MartinW,
Are you on a VPN? That is the only time I've had trouble connecting to Qualtrics.

That is not the issue. I can connect to qualtrics just fine. The problem is that when I try to add a question to a survey, it says I am not connected to qualtrics...even though I am.
And even in the screenshot, it says I am online.

I have tried this on 3 different networks and hotspots...I can do everything else in qualtrics just fine. The only thing I cannot do is add new questions.

MartinW Hm, this sounds like it may not be intended functionality. If you haven't already, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to handle an issue like this 😁

JoseS Thank you for the response, and yes, I have already submitted a support ticket. I was hoping it would resolve itself overnight, but no luck.
It is odd because I can do everything else like setting up workflows and distributing via email. Just as soon as I add any question type, it brings up that message and will not save anything in the new question.
