Hi all 👋🏼

I am not new to the community, but I have yet to introduce myself. My name is Christian Hackbusch, I am situated in Germany, and I work for MHP - A Porsche Company, a Consulting Company and Qualtrics partner. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porsche, our DNA lies within the automotive sector. 🏎️ However, we are also active in various other industries. On a personal note, I am a technology enthusiast with several certifications in both CX and EX. As project manager I have already successfully managed numerous Qualtrics implementation projects. 😎

Cheers,

Christian

Hi Christian, thanks for the introduction. Your background at MHP sounds fascinating, especially with your expertise in Qualtrics. We're lucky to have someone with your experience in our community!

Hello,

I work in research and assessment in the K-12 education! I am extremely new (less than 1 year of experience) to Qualtrics, and have just decided to become active in the community, after lurking in other posts for advice and help😅😆.

Qualtrics has already enabled us to streamline and optimize many of our office processes, and I am hoping to explore use cases beyond our current scope--in particular, I’d like to expand our focus on experience management and case management, and find ways to connect experience management and observation data (informal data not used for appraisal is collected through Qualtrics) with student outcomes using Qualtrics. Anyone doing this or wanting to discuss please reach out!

Greetings!  I’m Trisha and I’m in Market Research @ Premera Blue Cross (Washington & Alaska).  I’ve been building surveys using Confirmit/Forsta (self-taught and w/a lot of Support help) for almost 11 years and I’m brand new to Qualtrics and the concept of a Community.  I’m responsible for building almost 200 surveys per year, and needing to get up-to-speed on Qualtrics by the end of the calendar year. Feeling fragile… but excited!

Hi Trisha,

We came from Confirmit to Qualtrics about two years ago. the transition was fairly painless. I would definitely suggest utilizing their Basecamp training modules. They were of great help when we launched. There are a couple certification paths that also include a cradle-to-grave approach to building a survey and dashboard as part of a project for completing the certification. We used the EmployeeXM Expert Certification Journey. It gave us enough tools to get us started. Even if you don’t certify, taking the free training leading up to certification is VERY helpful. You can find all the various paths here:

Thank you Josh - it’s good to know I’m not alone!  I just started poking around the Basecamp , and now I’ll definitely check out the Certifications - thank you for the recommendations!
