I wanted to move my organization away from using the ‘automations’ tool to do data uploads into the XM directory and move towards using workflows instead. I wanted to know if it is possible for to set up ONE workflow to upload MULTIPLE files that are stored on the Qualtrics File Service into the XM Directory. 

This might seem like a straightforward answer, but we ran into this issue we had with the automations tool in which there was a file size limit for each automation (I believe 250MB). So, in turns we had to set up multiple automations to upload all our files which is not scalable. We wanted to move towards using workflows because it seems like a more intuitive and scalable solution, but I wanted to make sure before I move forward with this solution.
