I have a survey sent to list of ~ 1000 people. Now I need to send a reminder email because the response rate's very low.
How do I create contact list of people who have not responded to that list of 1000?

if you have sent survey via qualtrics: No need to creat other contact list just schedule reminder and it willautomaticaly go to those who have not responded (non completes)

If you have send via other source: Download distribution history and load who are not complete.
