Hi all,

I need assistance importing customers' contact information from Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). Has anyone done this before? If not, where would you advise I start looking into doing this?

Also, does anyone have advice on determining which customers (if any) should be deleted from the directory? What variables would be best to use (e.g., last modified, response rate)?

I have not imported Oracle Customer Care and Billing information before, but I have loaded plenty of "Customer Care" data from other platforms including Salesforce, NICE, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. In the end it all involves column and row data organized into a .csv file so it looks very similar when importing. To Qualtrics everything is a "response" even if it is operational data. If it goes into a "survey project" its a response. Even if the "survey project" is being used as a data container.
With regards to deleting data from the directory, this is very use case specific depending on repeat customers, trending data desires and needs, external vs. internal customer responses (EX vs. CX), and many other considerations. With a bit more information I could share what I've typically seen in the past.
