Hi, I am curious if most companies are sending all their customer profiles to XM Directory on a daily basis? Our business users want to be able to self serve and select different customers with different products for their surveys. We have a VERY large customer base sending it daily may not be feasible. Wanted to understand what other large companies are doing with their XM Directory.
